Authentication

Golem AI uses passwordless authentication. There are two paths in:
  • Email verification — one-time codes sent to your email
  • Google OAuth — sign in with your Google account

Email verification

  1. Enter your email on the login page
  2. Receive a 6-digit verification code in your inbox
  3. Enter the code to authenticate
Codes are single-use and expire after 10 minutes. If you don’t receive a code, check your spam folder and ensure the email address is correct.

Google OAuth

Click Continue with Google on the login page and authorize Golem AI in the Google consent flow. Subsequent logins go through Google directly — no code required.

Sessions

Once authenticated, your session persists across devices. Sign out from the account menu in the sidebar.

API authentication

The web dashboard and the API use different credentials:
  • Dashboard — email + code or Google OAuth (above)
  • API — Bearer token in the Authorization header

Troubleshooting

  • Code not received — check spam, then request a new code
  • Invalid code — codes are single-use; request a fresh one
  • Account locked — too many failed attempts are rate-limited; wait a few minutes and retry
